Customer service really went above and beyond. A lot of the chairs or our set had marks where the paint had worn off and they replaced all six chairs. Warranty was still valid, but great service none the less

Having had two sets of Lazy Susan outdoor table & chairs with absolutely no issues whatsoever, & still going strong, it came as a surprise when my latest purchase showed premature degradation of two of the outdoor chairs finish. I contacted Lazy Susan to inform them of the problem they immediately responded & following my submission of a couple of photographs immediately dispatched two replacement chairs. It is most worthy of note that even though the subject chairs were in fact out of warranty replacements were issued forthwith. Excellent & efficient service, thank you.

We actually claimed on your guarantee as the seats of our otherwise perfect chairs suffered from flaking paint. You dealt with this immediately and efficiently by sending replacement chairs. No hassle no fuss. DHL your delivery company failed initially but eventually both you and they managed to find us. ( The house is 150 years old so had a few deliveries) It would help you and customers if mobile phone numbers went to the delivery company and they used them if in difficulty. Very pleased with our new chairs.
