Excellent response when we reported faulty chairs

Great customer service, I had a paint defect (peeling paint) on some furniture I purchased a year or so ago, I emailed pictures across and they immediately responded, agreed that there was an issue and sent a replacement to me FOC - I would recommend the furniture, it is good quality and knowing it is backed by superb customer service is a re-assurance!

August 9th. 2023 I telephoned my complaint through. I was requested to email photographs of damaged 2 chairs. I did this and by return email was told that two new chairs were on their way to me. Wonderful service. They arrived in three days later. Jill Jenkins

We have bought garden furniture from Lazy Susan in the past and were very happy with our purchases. This time one of the items was faulty when we received it and we sent photos to show exactly what the problem was. Lazy Susan were exemplary and didn’t hesitate to resolve the problem sending a replacement very promptly. They offer excellent customer service and we would not hesitate to recommend them. We will buy from them again.
