The only negative was the cushion which was attached to the outside of the box and had ripped in transit, but a quick phone call to customer service and a replacement was sent out on the day of my choice, no quibbles and no need to return faulty cushion. Overall a really good service and very pleased with my purchase. My only suggestion would be to package the cushion in a way so that it couldn't get damaged in transit.”
