“Excellent service and delivery, with good notification of delivery day and time. The product (April bench) was not difficult to assemble, but I found it was too difficult for me to do on my own - four hands were needed to hold the heavy pieces in place when fixing the nuts etc. Also there were not enough white plastic caps included to cover all the nuts, but this is not important as they are not visible. Now that the bench is assembled, it looks good.”

“Bench delivery extremely prompt - product wasn't quite as solid as I expected, but looks good enough (for the price) when put together and viewed from the front (reverse sides are hollowed out). Assembly instructions easy enough to follow, but assembly itself very fiddly and needed a lot of pressure to get the bolts on the screws. Generally happy.”
