The DHL delivery turned up 20 minutes or so earlier than expected, lucky to find me at home. The driver was not particularly helpful and quite abrupt. When I had a delivery from you last year the two guys from a different company were very polite and went out of their way to be helpful. I realise that you have no control over the delivery personnel but there was such a contrast in service.”
