“Complete satisfaction with all aspects of my purchase of a table and bench. Customer care was excellent with a phone call shortly after my on-line purchase to confirm tne details and arrange delivery on a day best suited to me. The products are robust and stylish and a great enhancement to my garden. Both items were flat-packed and had to be assembled - not a problem but not a job to be rushed given the number of nuts bolts and washers involved. Simple spanners are provided but I would recommend the use of proper spanners if you have them as not only will you complete the job faster, the nuts will be better secured, and you will avoid grazing your knuckles when the tiny thin ones slip. And so, a great service, and a great product and excellent value for money.”
