“Ordering was as before straightforward. Delivery previously was by parcel force, next day delivery. My next order was large. It came by freight delivery. Oh dear, it took over a week, numerous calls to company, I think it was transhipped by another company, "Somewhere, at the back of a warehouse, it willl come tomorrow"; then they do not know where it is. Eventually rang Lazy Susan and *** chased it. It arrived the next day, all intact. It did take up my time and worries of it blocking a shared drive.on delivery. It needed to be unpacked immediately and thus removed. I requested, that I would be present for the delivery, it arrived when I was out but the driver had struggled to push it over, out of the way....you could see where the gravel was disturbedl. Many thanks to him. Just as well, as it would have prevented me from parking at my property on my return. If I need another order, I will order an item at a time, and hopefully parcel force or whoever will deliver it next day as before. The garden furniture is of high quality and I would give the company a ten. I now have six benches, a table and four chairs, excellent. All I need now, are the cushions!”

“The website was very easy to use, and the April Bench arrived very quickly. There was a small technical problem connecting the seat- back to the seat, as it didn't seem to be level. However the online instructions were very useful, and I also contacted the company last Saturday and last Sunday, and both times was reassured that this was normal. The nuts, bolts and washers supplied securely sealed on card, made life very easy. We will certainly use the company again.”
