“We received a very quick service, the garden bench was delivered within a couple of days from ordering. We did think we were getting a phone call to say when item was being delivered but we had an e mail. Unfortunately, I don't look at my e mails every day and missed the expected delivery date. The item was left with a neighbour as we were out.The bench was a present and we have not yet seen the bench as we took it to our son still in its packaging. Incidentally, it was very well packed.
