“There was an error in the picking at the warehouse and the wrong colour of chairs was received. This was quickly rectified, but necessitated delivery of the correct items followed by another lorry and driver for the collection of the incorrect items. Would have thought delivery and pickup could have been performed by one lorry and driver.”
“Easy to use site. Shame miscommunication led to being downgraded to good otherwise would have been excellent. Very friendly helpful staff led to quick resolution. Excellent product and so easy to assemble with tools provided.”
“We have had some of LazySusan's small white aluminium tables on the grass outside our wedding venue for two years. We like them because they are easy to move around and the finish does not chip or deteriorate in any way. My only complaint is they don't send a simple vat invoice for your records. You have to go on their website and download one, and it covers two pages!”

However, the delivery was not so good. The man who delivered was rushed, unhelpful and quite rude. He also had to come back the following day to deliver the garden table which was forgotten on the first delivery. On checking the items I now find that I have two tables: 1 small one, and 1 one large one. I have not yet decided which one I will keep.”
