“Communication with Lazy Susan was exemplary. Always reachable, friendly and very problem oriented. Contact was needed as to the problems with the carrier. One out of two parcels had been damaged badly, therefore, the furniture was chipped. Lazy Susan supplied me with touch up paint. The second parcel, which arrived one day later, was without any damage. Setting up the furniture was without any problems. The tools were of little use. The nut caps are too loose. Apart from that I am very happy with the look and stability of the furniture. Especially the customer service is exemplary.”

“The anna table with April chairs are comfortable and the set looks good. There are some minor chips in the paintwork and the table leg feet have not been put on square resulting in only one side of the foot resting on the ground. Living near Chichester we were able to go to the showroom and try out the chairs and admire the furniture before purchase and we were given a good price. From the website we could obtain regular updates on the delivery, which arrived as planned. Overall we are very happy with our purchase and we would recommend Lazy Susan to others.”
