“My only comment would be that I had to contact Lazy Susan to find out the delivery date and it was two days before I received a reply. I would have preferred an order acknowledgement and a date for delivery supplied to me. The price for the table and chairs was the best I could find on the internet. The range was extensive so I could pick and choose what I wanted and mix and match chairs to tables. The units were easy to assemble, I did it on my own and I am extremely satisfied with the items supplied.”

“Communication with Lazy Susan was exemplary. Always reachable, friendly and very problem oriented. Contact was needed as to the problems with the carrier. One out of two parcels had been damaged badly, therefore, the furniture was chipped. Lazy Susan supplied me with touch up paint. The second parcel, which arrived one day later, was without any damage. Setting up the furniture was without any problems. The tools were of little use. The nut caps are too loose. Apart from that I am very happy with the look and stability of the furniture. Especially the customer service is exemplary.”
