“Very easy to order and arrived very quickly and was well packaged. The three items (table and two chairs) went together extremely well and was easy to understand the instructions, the items are very well made. The carver chairs are comfortable with a cushion, I may well buy the back cushions later. The only slight niggle I have is with the table, the holes are on the top are much smaller compared to the holes on the chairs. I would rather have had a more open look!”
“The 'Kate' chairs were easy to assemble. Unfortunately one side was warped but this was replaced by return following contact with customer support. I found the same problem as a previous customer in that the fixing bolts are too long to allow the cover caps to go on fully. Come on Lazy Susan, surely this problem can be sorted without much trouble? I will add that the table and chairs do look good and overall I am a satisfied customer. ***. Southport.”
