“The plastic ball that sits at the top of the parasol was split and needed replacing. It took a couple of emails to get the replacement, but service was polite and overall delivery of the table and chairs was expeditiously handled.
My advice is to be more thorough in inspecting the goods before dispatch to the customer, albeit that transit itself can always cause some damage.
