We received delivery of our order within a week of ordering them and the table was easy to put together with two people. The team we spoke to on the phone were extremely helpful and efficient. “Yes this info is available tucked away in the details of the products. Just be very aware some tables are higher than others. We made the mistake of buying Amy Table with April chairs assuming the chairs would tuck under the table. They don’t. Lazy Susan you should let customers know somewhere obvious that the table and chair dimensions vary and for people to buy accordingly. I am pretty disappointed I assumed the chairs would tuck in. The fact they don’t means possible chips on top of arms over time and of course more space generally needed around the set. To make life more confusing many pictures in the website show combinations of different tables and chairs. More info please as a headline so people don’t get caught out like me! Other than that, quality good, a bit fiddly to put together but some minor chips. I recommend people unpack immediately and double check. My disappointment with the issue of the chairs now taking up so much space around the table has rather taken the pleasure out of my new purchase. My fault, but others, be warned !”
“The table I ordered was delivered promptly. I had to move the large box into the garden. You really need 2 people for this because of the weight. It is sturdy and looks lovely and should last for a long time. The fixing instructions were easy to follow. The only criticism I have is that the plastic bolt covers are not deep enough to fit the length of the bolt once everything has been screwed in place. The protective covers could not be fitted on many of the bolts.”
