“Pleased with all the products - table, chairs, cushions and parasol. When I had a query with the delivery it was responded to very quickly. Only comment is that I missed the fact that it was self assembly (it does say this on other reviews) and it arrived like a mecano set! Although straightforward to assemble it took some time to put it all together which I hadn't factored in and probably would have gone for a different product if I had realised.”
“Prompt delivery and apparently well made product. Assembly straightforward. Only time will tell whether screwed together chairs will be as durable as one-piece cast or welded items. Definitely don't reach for your socket set or normal spanners to assemble - the small spanners supplied are there for a reason - to prevent you applying too much torque and stripping the female threads in the aluminium castings.”
“Ordered a table, 4 chairs with cushions.
I was kept informed regarding delivery day and time.
There was a slight problem assembling the table where the plastic caps covering the nut sand bolts weren't long enough to cover fully.
I received the longer caps the day after my email to Lazy Susan.
Can't fault their Customer Service.”
