“Delivery man was great and helped me carry heavy items through to the back garden. The tracking of the delivery was poorly updated - the first I knew of the delivery date was when the delivery man knocked on my door. Fortunately I was at home. The items were securely packed and instructions were comprehensive. I think that customers should be made aware that unpacking/assembly will a full day preferably with 2 people. The completed item is well made, practical and an attractive addition to my garden. I would happily recommend the product and your company to friends.”
