Slight scratch and crack in one of the seats but one call to customer service and it was sorted out; highly recommend their furniture!”
“I really love our furniture from Lazy Susan, and I'm hopeful it will stand the test of time outdoors here in Cornwall. The Customer Service has been excellent, first when an offer code wasn't initially working and was corrected in seconds after a brief phone call. Then, when my husband accidentally drilled a few shallow holes into our new table when working on a project, the CS team quickly replied to my email by sending metal filler and touch up paint at no extra cost, sorting it on a Sunday, no less. Really amazing service and a beautiful bunch of products! My only suggestion for ways to improve the experience would be to look into more eco-friendly packaging, as there was quite a lot of plastic tape and bubble wrap used to protect the parts of the furniture.”
