We had a few issues over missing nuts and bolts and the fact that the instructions for the table on the web site were incorrect. However, customer care were excellent and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful so the issues were quickly resolved. We have already recommended Lazy Susan to a friend.”

Unfortunately, my table was damaged, which was quickly replaced. I had a few problems regarding the self assembly, as it was my first time, but Siobhan on the help desk was very patient and helpful. In the end, it was all very straightforward, once I knew what I was doing.
