“The quality of the products is excellent. Delivery is, as stated, next day, but this is next day after dispatch which is not necessarily the date of ordering. Not a problem but worth considering if you expect to order one day and receive the product the next. Customer service is excellent with a prompt and helpful response to any questions. Assembly of the products is relatively easy. The enclosed instructions were a rather faded copy, but you can print off a clearer set from the website if needed. One point in the instructions for the assembly of a table that needs attention is the reference to spring washers. No spring washers are included. If you view a video of the assembly of a table you will find the demonstrator does not use spring washers even though they are referred to in a line at the bottom of the video. It seems they are not meant to be used, so mention of them should be removed to avoid confusing the customer. The chairs do use spring washers - and they are included. This is a small point but one that could be clarified to ensure customer satisfaction. All in all, the products are of superior quality and will enhance any garden.”
“The delivery of the furniture was excellent and it was very well packed. Instructions were clear but putting it together was very fiddly and took quite a lot of time. The table needed two to assemble it and although I was able to assemble the chairs myself, my husband had to tighten all the screws as it would appear I don't have the strength!”
