“Excellent website, plenty of good quality and accurate images. The communication was very good. The item was delivered exactly as described, it was well packed and arrived safely. Assembly whilst easy and straight forward with the supplied mini spanners, was much easier with proper tools. The fixings were of good quality. One set of bolts, despite being correctly supplied as shown on the inventory, would have been better if they had been slightly shorter (the nut covers would have fitted better). I contacted "Lazy Susan" who immediately, to their credit, supplied a full set of 5 mm shorter bolts by first class post. Excellent customer service! The table and chairs are well made, the castings are of good quality and as a consequence assembled easily resulting in sturdy and good looking garden furniture. I am something of a perfectionist and I am very happy!”
