It arrived on time and the driver was really helpful (I was on my own). When unpacked I was delighted - buying things on the internet can sometimes be disappointing in 'the flesh', not so here. “My furniture is lovely except that the table does not sit very well in a level position. It rocks a little when weight is placed on it. I had to ask my son-in-law to assemble it and hadn't realised that it needed quite a bit of assembly. The delivery was very good and the furniture came right to the door. “We are delighted with our garden furniture. We ordered late last year and had conversations with you to ensure we bought the right model and size. You were all extremely helpful and I am pleased to say everything fits onto our patio as we had hoped. With your help we benefited from all the offers that were available at the time and frankly we were amazed that delivery could be delayed until the spring for our convenience. The arranging of the delivery date was very easy and everything arrived promptly on the day. The furniture was very well packed on a pallet which could have given some difficulties but again the driver was very helpful splitting the packages and assisting carrying them to convenient places. We were fortunate the chairs arrived as one piece, the table and brolly stand were very easy to construct. The quality and design of the furniture is excellent and although some might feel it expensive, we both feel it is very good value. Basically you get what you pay for! We have already enjoyed using the furniture a couple of times in the good weather. Our only complaint is that we thought you would pack a little more sunshine for us!!
