“When I ordered the original Lazy Susan, table and chairs I wrote to say how very pleased I was with them and even sent you some photos. However, I do have to tell you how disappointed I am that the Lazy Susan has seized up after less than two years, despite being sold as suitable for all weathers. I contacted you to ask about a replacement for the faulty part to be told that I had to order an entire Lazy Susan. A reduced price was offered. I am now awaiting its arrival and have been waiting for three days. The last email this afternoon said it would be here by six o clock and I'm still waiting at twenty past six. A disappointing and frustrating experience after my initial enthusiasm.”
