“Having ordered a 90cm lazy susan and receiving a confirmation of order I was a little surprised to receive a phone call stating that the item was not in fact in stock and I would have to wait four weeks for delivery. Having said that, I was offered an 80 cm alternative which was available immediately which I accepted, and I received delivery of this by TNT four days later to my home in Marbella, Spain. A refund of the difference in price was made immediately to my PayPal account. As a result of efficient handling by Lazy Susan's customer services Department I am a very satisfied customer, I would not hesitate to recommend them.”
