“Great product, slightly thin on the base structure / support. Let down by the packaging. the first slide was badly marked and had embedded dirt at the top as the only transit protection was a thin plastic cover that ripped when handled, insufficient to protect the slide. Therefore rejected upon delivery. A replacement was dispatched without quibble and by 24 hour dispatch which was most welcome. However, when taken out of the same type of thin plastic sleeve was found to have a crack on the lower support structure. Not rejected as by this time was dissatisfied with the way the product was packed and sent out and decided we could effect a suitable repair ourselves and avoid another wasted day awaiting delivery. So would i buy the product again, yes, I would. Would I buy from this company, NO, I would not as the packaging was scant and insufficient for the size and design of the slide. I could not see an end to damaged slides being delivered. PS, no water attachment with the slide, just in case the 'Water Slide' description make you think it has a howe connection, it does not.”
