“Having taken payment for the trampoline I ordered on 27th December I am yet to receive the product I ordered - 13 days later. It was supposed to be delivered on 3rd January but instead only an accessories item (which I did not order) arrived. When I spoke to Rebo customer services on 3rd January they had no idea that I had received an item I had not ordered and had no idea what had happened to my delivery. They did not give me any kind of solution and no feedback until I called them again on the afternoon of 4th January. Apparently one of the 3 packages that the trampoline comes in got lost so none of the packs got delivered as the order was not complete. Customer services then assured me that my order was due to be resent in whole on 8th January instead. On 7th January I had an e-mail and text from the delivery company saying my order was out for delivery but yet again there was no sign of it! At 2pm on 8th January I again called Rebo customer services to ask where my order was. Again they were unable to track my order or tell me what had happened. I was called back before they closed at the end of the day to say they still had not managed to find out what had happened to my trampoline! As of 11.30am 9th January I still have no response from Rebo - no idea when I will get the product that I have ordered and already paid for and 13 days later who knows if, or when, my children will get the trampoline that they are so eagerly awaiting.
This is the WORST company I have EVER dealt with. Appalling customer services.”
