“We were slightly confused by the center poles in the frame for the jump mat to attach to. These poles were very slightly curved and was unclear on the instruction booklet if supposed to be like that. The diagrams in booklet all looked like straight poles. Phoned customer support and they were very helpful - reassured us they weren’t faulty poles.”
