“Once again, we have replaced successfully a pole (snapped in the big winds in the winter) so the trampoline is back to it's normal shape and back in action. This has been one of our best buys, bought 4 yeas years ago and the children still love it, get good exercise and burn off some energy/anxiety. Especially helpful in the current lockdown situation.”
“I was surprised the metal pole in question broke at the fixing point as the trampoline is only one year old and it was taken down during the winter period. On checking the other 7 enclosure poles I found another one was breaking at the same spot. I would advise all customers to check these poles on a regular basis.
Rebo delivery was very quick but I thought they might have sent a free replacement as it was a faulty part.”
