“Very impressed with discount flooring depot. This is the 2nd time I've shopped with them and would not hesitate to recommend them. The sample service firstly is great and really fast so I had chance to see my laminate before purchase. On the day of delivery I didnt check the laminate till the driver had gone- it was the wrong order but in in fairness it was very similar laminate, same amount same underlay etc so very easy mistake on the drivers part. I rang discount flooring depot and they couldnt have been more helpful- I was expecting them to say I should have checked before signing for the delivery like most companies would be they were really understanding , basically they apologised told me not to worry and arranged a collection and the re- delivery for the very next morning. They even refunded £10 off the delivery for the inconvenience. My order came the morning after and the wood was great quality just as it had been they last time I bought from them. Extremely well packaged. Good price. I will always use them and would recommend others to as well!! Thankyou Discount Flooring Depot”

“contacted discount flooring earlier this year after trying to find a white laminate floor nearer to my home. I was disappointed with my original floor purchased elsewhere and so discount flooring sent me a sample of urban white laminate floor within 2 days. It was perfect. Unfortunately I did not order enough and could only complete two thirds of my daughters bedroom and had to reorder extra. No problem as they had kept my details and provided me with the extra order within 3 days. It looks great plus got free underlay. Great support and quick processing.
