“the website was easy to navigate, and I ordered 3 free of charge samples, that arrived within 3 days. I also contacted discount flooring direct by phone, it was answered amazingly quick, the operator was extremely helpful and spoke in my laymans language so I new exactly what I needed, he helped with what type of underlay I would need, and did not try the big sell, by advising me to buy the more expensive product, which to be honest is quite refreshing. we have now decided on what laminate flooring and underlay we want and have purchased online.. could not be more pleased with the service.. “We had a sub par experience with this company. The delivery of the samples were quite fast and free, which we loved, then we picked one and ordered our laminates. We entered the meter squares on their website and got a recommendation for the amount that we should buy, which ended up being almost 2 packets more than needed. We have these extra laminates now and to return them they tell us we need to pay the shipping. Also the laminates were supposed to come with a free underlay which the company forgot to ship. This was the reason why we chose this laminate, and we ended up having to buy it from a DIY shop nearby when the builder was coming the very next day.”
