“You sent two short of beading and admitted it was fault on your side measured wrong but wouldn’t send the two missing pieces unless I paid ,after the money I spent on the flooring and beading as a gesture of goodwill and customer service you would have sent them ,the customer service was also quite rude so shame as I was pleased with the flooring and was going to order more for other rooms in my house ,won’t be now”
