“Ordered 2packs tiles 10 per pack 19/20tiles had obtained damage to a corner in transit,after back &fro with e mails was assured they would be replaced, still. Waiting for new delivery date So how do you think l,m feeling totally inadequate protection to corners on packaging!!!!!!!what,s the betting on the replacements get damaged as well. .....if they ever arrive”

“We liked the sample of the flooring but because it took so long to be delivered and it was holding up our project we went for another company The flooring was down before we received the samples from discount flooring”

“Samples appeared almost overnight. Delivery came in the day requested with no chasing of the delivery company. Driver helped bring the flooring to my door. Floor to be laid soooon !!”

“I found the website easy to use and very clear. The flooring arrived before expected and was in excellent condition. If I had any criticism, it would be the delivery cost and unfortunately due to changes out of my control I had to reorder another box of tiles and had to pay another £40 delivery. This was not the company's fault and when I contacted them they were very helpful and explained why the delivery seems so expensive. In fact I have recommended the company and my plumber has placed an order with them. Very happy”
