“I ordered a few samples that our customer wanted to see. I didnt get any, Jason Reid blocked it, said that we had ordered to much choice apparently. I went to the sales call without any of the samples we had chosen a day later. The customer went with a Palio sample I had ordered. They now have a smashing floor in thier 82mtr square shop. Im not sure why you would do that Jason, I wont be ordering in the future as I really do not fancy telling customers that they can only look at two pieces at a time because Jason said! All the best”

“Thanyou for your prompt response, We liked the sample,thankyou and will procede when we can, but can you tell me if the full tile is purely shades of white and grey please? As we are at the begining of our kitchen project, can you tell me how long the current price will hold and also as we are waiting for a quote from the kitchen supplier and other jobs need to be done in preparation, so also how long do we have to report damaged boards?
