“Great customer service received. One of the items I ordered happened to just go out of stock. An email offering a replacement was received, I called to discuss this directly and we managed to source a similar alternative to my needs. So helpful and efficient. The underlay is amazing and we can now sneak out of our children’s rooms without a squeaky floor!! Thank you so much. We will definitely be back when we move onto our next project!”
