“Better than expected. Lovely wood and looks great. We are very happy with it. Approximately only 1 out of 3 boards had any significant knots. Boards very accurate and easy to install. All board dimensions are absolutely precise at 1800 x 180mm. Our boards came with zero shorter starter boards which meant very little wastage. Some advice to note, if your floor is not absolutely level, you may need thicker/softer underlay to avoid squeaking. We used 3mm premium underlay and had one lower spot on the floor which squeaks slightly. If our floor had been less level, this might have been a problem so perhaps get a builder to check the level of your floor to ensure the floor is suitable for this type of product. This is not a problem with the product, this is a construction issue. Also, the product can mark quite easily, as it is wood, so it would be a good idea to stick protective felt pads on the bottom of your furniture.”

“This was one of my favourite sample in terms of the colour I was looking for. However it is more expensive than samples received from other companies so I may purchase the flooring on a different website”
