“Bought 4 packs in July, Fitter came to fit them early September (busy availability). Came to fit them, and as he pulled them out of the packet some were already obviously split. He tried to fit using the none split planks, and either they split upon fitting or the lips didn't align. Ended up dashing out to B&Q and buying a version of their flooring and we had no problems at all, they fitted beautifully - so we know it isn't the fitter, unlike what Discount flooring disputed when I tried to get a refund on the defunct flooring. They refused to refund the flooring we'd attempted to use, and then also refused to refund the unopened packs and it was outside the 14 day period. Absolutely disgusting. They argued the photos that we sent of the split planks were damage done by the fitter, but they were unused planks. The planks he'd tried to fit ended up in the skip. We're now £200+ out of pocket. Can't even sell them on as I it wouldn't be fair to con someone else out of it. Would not recommend, won't be using again”

“product not as described, the panels were to be waterproof, but they were not My buildier must had to give panels the protection of the varnish / some other measure to make the products functional. Dirma did not want to pay me the money for the repair of the panels, although the consumer law says otherwise. I do not recommend it, my floor was expensive and did not perform waterproofing as guaranteed on the website.”

“Flooring is very simple to install with a click system and boards can be cut easily to fit in awkward places. I was anxious as my flooring isn’t perfectly level however with the correct underlay the laminate has lay perfectly. Colour matches with the images on website”

“This looks absolutely brilliant on our floor however as it is 8mm, it will chip off easily while installing. Also, was more difficult than usual to install as we were sent extra box of a different pattern”
