“I received a chopped plank of laminate with no herringbone pattern, I am no wiser as to what it looks like ? It was just a piece of oak coloured plain plank flooring.”

“Unhappy really. As the parquet patterned boards were not evenly packed, hence had to order more packs than required. Also the returns process is extortionate.”

“Lovely flooring but I wanted to see the herringbone pattern as it shows in your website. unfortunately it only came in 1 small piece so I’ve got no idea how the pattern will work.”
