“Arrived as stated. Unfortunately 2 out of the 6 boxes were damaged, one box slightly the other significantly. Took photos as requested by delivery documents, reported to driver and then completed Damaged Goods Form online submitting photos. Within an hour we were contacted by a member of your staff giving us an option date for replacement packs. These arrived on time as stated by a very pleasant young driver on both occasions. We were very impressed with both customer care and the product. Would definitely recommend. Will try to send photos when room complete.”

“Broads seem solid and all the lips are perfect sometime you by flooring and they have dents or missing parts of the connecting lips makes fitting a nightmare, but these are brilliant and the colour is perfect”
