“Flooring is fine for what I wanted it for. It is a little thin but I didn't realise, my mistake. Probably wouldn't use again for a large room, as would chip if you were a bit rough with it when laying - no problem though used those bits around the edges. Easy enough to fit was down in 3 hours in a room 4.8 x 4.5. The company - They had run out of the underlay I wanted and offered an alternative by email and a refund (the lady was very polite and helpful). I got them to send another box of flooring instead. Which actually saved me money! Communication from ordering to delivery was spot on. I have to say I read the reviews after ordering and was terrified, didnt think id get the floor, it be the floor I ordered and it be damaged - totally not the case for me at all. Day of delivery (which I chose) the delivery driver phoned, firstly apologised for being half an hour late (which I thought was polite because I didn't realise he was late!) flooring was packed epically, was the correct floor and the driver was seriously helpful. Nothing like I expected from the reviews... overall a very pleasant and positive experience!”

“Despite its lack of thickness it laid incredibly well. The surface texture is lovely and the warm colours are beautiful. Don't be put off with its budget price it is really good. The floor arrived in pristine condition and the speed of delivery and service from this company are incredible. I will be using this company again.”

“Order process is fine, delivery is good, even though it is Kerbside only. Currently investigating getting money back fro damaged flooring so my review is acceptable right now rather than anything better”
