“Thank you for sending the free sample of the Beech 6mm laminate flooring. We would have ordered the 2x packs required except for the £40 delivery charge. Rang them and they explained it was their courier who charged per pallet space. If I was ordering a pallet full it would have a reasonable charge. High quality product but only needed 1x pack to finish a room.”

“I am absolutely appalled at this company. Avoid at all costs!! I ordered laminate flooring, which apparently it was delivered with UPC - which is nonsense. I have tried every angle to contact them and the delivery company to which all contact details are not working. This company is a scam and they've robbed me of £160. I will now be taking legal action to get my money back.”
