“This company is truly AWFUL. Customer service ignore emails, Sales Manager is rude. Asked for floor to be delivered on a certain day. It wasn't, so I wasted a day's holiday from work for NOTHING. No compensation given. They said delivery charge would be refunded but several emails, 4 phone calls and EIGHT working days later. I STILL haven't received my refund. Avoid this company like the plague - DREADFUL”

“Good quality product, easy to fit. Service was great as well. Samples provided at no cost, personal follow up. Once ordered, the flooring was delivered quickly and exactly when expected. Can’t fault any aspect of the goods or service.”
