“I have been doing flooring for many years and used Discount flooring for the first time. Excellent service from the start of ordering by phone. Changed my order and nothing was too much trouble. “The personnel were very obliging, I rang to place my order as I am partially sighted and ordering on line can be a bit hairy, as I explained my circumstances the young man suggested he send me some samples so I could actually see the colour and finish before choosing and ordering, this was done and the samples arrived and it really helped with the decision. I choose the flooring and rang in to speak to the same gentleman who I dealt with before, the order was placed it was duly delivered a couple of days later, the delivery man was also very obliging as he could not get his lorry right up the house he had no problem in carring the boxes in. Well done to both the salesman and the ddriver. The floor has not been laid yet but so far so good and it should be down by the end of the week.”
