“The website was really informative and easy to use, I am not an expert in the slightest so it was really helpful being able to just measure the room and automatically be told how much I would need. I forgot to order underlay so I contacted customer services and they added the underlay on so I didn’t have to order it separately and pay another delivery cost. This was simple, easy and quick. Delivery was bang on time despite the coronavirus. The flooring is a very good quality, very nice looking and easy to fit, we found it easier to clip the short sides of it together and then clip it to the long sides. The floor looks amazing and it was very good value for money.”
