“Rang up the store to see if a specific product was still stocked, the gentleman on the phone was extremely polite and helped us out. As it wasn’t me who purchased the flooring at first, he asked for my dads details to find out the name of the flooring I was asking about. He notified me that the floor was still in stock, giving me the name, product number as well as advising me to order a free sample to ensure the floor matched the batch my parents bought last year. Great service and very polite”

“Just at the selection stage but they couldn't be more helpful. Well packed and speedy delivery of samples. Combined with the showroom visit to see a larger area would recommend doing both. The staff at the showroom are both helpful & informative. Not pushy. No problem in referring anyone to check them out. A wide range too. Good luck.”
