“Looks good on arrival, packages all in good condition ,no damage visible. Quality of boards looks good nice thick planks and colour as ordered. Very happy so far . Although floor not laid yet . Good delivery driver carried all of order into my home thank you”

“It arrived in time (seccond day, in the time interval specified), the driver was nice and brought the pallet in front of my house (was quite shocked about the pallet! did not need it, but...), the floring is great looking, is thick, feels good quality and I've "instaled it" myself with ease (and I did this before once like 10yrs ago). Overall: great experience.”

“I ordered some laminate samples for my daughter’s new bedroom. Not only did they arrive super fast but the quality is amazing. I was expecting a tiny piece but was sent a really good size which helps to give a good sense of what the floor would look like. The colours are great just what she wanted and really good quality. I had email updates about the order and delivery which was great! I was so impressed that I’ll be ordering for the hall too! Thanks so much for an easy to use website and great service!”

“Pictures can be deceiving. Looks lovely on the website, i’ve just left my joiner to lay it all, ive come back and said what the f**k is that? It looks like a zebra crossing, the difference in colour on each board is embarassing. Im absolutely gutted with it. £500 out of pocket. Plus a days labour for the joiner. And im considering ripping it all up because im so f**ked off about it.”
