“Great service. I ordered a sample and customer service rang me next day to say they had Despatched it and to let her know if any issues (I never expected that but nice touch). Sample was exactly as described which was important as I had a large order of 45 m2. I placed the order which was so easy. I could pick my delivery slot that suited me (which is nice for a change). The floor was delivered as promised and the driver was so supportive. He unloaded and put the whole 26 x boxes inside for me as they were a bit wonky on the pallet due to how many boxes and he didn’t want the rain to ruin them. Great service. Great product. Thank you. Haven’t got any photos as we haven’t started laying them yet. But my husband has got the boxes open and acclimatising to the room they will be laid in.”

“I have some much-loved mid-century wooden furniture in a room which doubles as my study and a spare room, and I wanted a floor which would do the furniture justice, be robust for daily use, and look warm and welcoming for guests. It also had to be suitable for underfloor heating. I had samples from Discount Flooring Depot and other retailers, and chose Timeless Oak because the colour looked so natural, and the quality seemed solid. I am thrilled with the results. My carpenter said that the quality is excellent, and everyone who visits is dragged up to see it. I have now ordered more of this floor for the adjoining room, and I know it will look just as fabulous. My favourite chair goes so well with it and my Mum, who uses the spare bed, gives it a big thumbs up, too!”
