“On plus: looks good, top layer is nicely done, wood selection is good as well On minus: planks are not straight..around 25% were bended..difference was even half inch on 3 ft long bilard..unfortunately it was too late to return these.for this price you would expect better build..base layer looks cheap..contractors advised that it was a bit difficult to put as not all joints were cut perfectly. All together, I'm not satisfied with this product. In my opinion it's made below level expected for the price. Wouldn't buy it again.”

“Delighted with our flooring. I changed my mind about which engineered oak I'd chosen and Dean solved this problem immediately. The flooring arrived on time and we've had it laid in one of the two rooms we've ordered it for so far. Very, very pleased with result. I also ordered beading which wasn't available unfortunately. The payment I'd made for the beading was quickly refunded with no fuss. Would definitely recommend this company.”
