“Absolutely gorgeous flooring. Once I mastered how it went down it was a dream to lay. Looks amazing with the embossing matching the woodgrain. Bargain price aswell. As for customer service there were a few teething problems around delay in delivery but it came on the new date and a free pack was also sent out fast when I sent pictures of damaged planks. Would buy from again, well we are going to for our hall next month!”

“This flooring looks great and was easy to install. It has a nice little bevel on the edges of the plank which subtly adds an element of reality to help make the floor look more like real wood. I haven't laid a flooring like this for a few years, so I assumed that I was a beginner again. I completed a room 15'x13' (approx) in about four hours. Admittedly I took a lot of care with my measurements, cutting and aligning the joins (who wouldn't) but the outcome was excellent and it made me look like a 'pro'. I still have to add on new skirting boards, but already it looks amazing. The surface looks very authentic and it was easy to snap together and make a tight strong join. I'm really pleased and I would highly recommend.”

“I am very pleased with the flooring I chose, as it seems to me to be of a better quality for the price than some major DIY shops. I had 2 problems with my orders, the first was a late delivery because the truck broke down! The delivery was 1 day late, but I was given the extra 'early delivery' money back by DFD. The second was 3 missing 'click lock' pieces in my second delivery. I contacted DFD and sent a few photos', and received a whole new pack of flooring for free, including delivery! That was excellent customer service in my opinion. Thank you DFD.”

“This floor is the most realistic laminate timber floor I have seen around. We used it throughout our flat with underfloor heating underneath. It looks fantastic and feels really cosy. It doesn't need any maintenance, doesn't scratch and cleans well. Would highly recommend.”
