“The flooring came in a light cardboard wrapping with plastic cover on top. When opened the bottom two planks were damaged on the corner were I presume they had been previously dropped. As I didn't open them on arrival in front of the carrier I realise I am unable to claim so it is important to check. The product itself is very good quality and creates a really good effect and I would definitely use again.”
