“I just finished installing your grills on my 991.1 GTS. It took about one hour with some struggles. Amazingly, you shipped them from England on Thursday and I received them on Friday but installed them on Sunday Though I had no major problem, please accept two suggestions that might have made the installation easier. First, label each bag with the exact location of the part. This is particularly critical for the 3 grills on each side, each of which are placed on the most lateral sides of each bumper. For example, for the lateral grills, the labels should indicate top, middle and bottom position on the 991.1 GTS as well as right or left opening. The same should be true for the right and left single grill placed on either side of the center grill. I realize that this should be intuitively obvious for normal people since each grill is of a shape that can only be installed at one unique location. Just figuring what goes where took me a while.After all, your staff know where they go but your clients do not. Secondly, your installation instructions are not as useful as they could be because the photographs and YouTube video do not provide enough detail to understand which grill, among the three on each side, is being installed and the approach sequence is not clear. I will send you pictures in clear, bright lighting that can show you the end-result of my installation . It was a struggle! It might behoove you to hire a professional organization to film, in great detail, with correct lighting, the installation of every product you sell. The YouTube and I cannot clarify the installation. Nevertheless, when I stopped the bleeding on my hands, the installation of every grill was performed satisfactorily by me. It just took me too long due to the paucity of useful support information. But, given I stopped and spent some time to understand how I should have been proceeding, your instructions for the ill-informed may enhance your sales. I will send you photographs next week when our weather improves and I can deal with the lighting I need. You do not provide detailed photographs that any minimal person needs. Your product is great but your support for your clients' installation is dramatically inadequate. I expect to enjoy the grills for a long time. Thank you. Marc Marc E. “Wasn't at first sure how the grill kit would look, the site picture of silver on a black car didn't appeal, but thought I'd give them a try! My car is white and I ordered the black grill kit... look brilliant, very happy, look as though they should be factory fitted.”

“The grille makes the front of my Mazda MX-5 RF look great. However, I was expecting that this would replace my grille, not simply cover it. The second issue that I dislike is the Zunsport decal. Even though I like the quality and craftsmanship of the grille cover, the decal cheapens the look. When I install a mod, I intend for it to integrate into the vehicle's style not announce to the world that it is an aftermarket bolt on.”

“Ich habe mich sehr auf das Produkt gefreut, vor allem war ich sicher, das es bei dem extrem hohen Preis keine negativen Punkte geben würde. Ich vergebe anhand des Preises 2 Sterne, weil die Gitter nicht gleich und nicht passgenau sind. Sie sitzen nicht gleich und ragen mal mehr nach vorne oder nach hinten. Die Lösung, mit den langen schwarzen Schrauben durch eine hauchdünne Plastikwand zu schrauben, ist definitiv nicht für lange Zeit. Falls man nämlich vorhat es kurzzeitig zu entfernen und wieder hineinzuschrauben kann das Loch vielleicht nicht mehr verwendet werden. Hätte das Gitter 150€ weniger gekostet, könnte ich vielleicht 3-4 Sterne vergeben. Da ich keine Lust habe es abzubauen und da ich nun Löcher hineingeschraubt habe, kann ich es schlecht zurücksenden und eine alternative suchen :/”

“Purchased front grille kit for 2017 718 Cayman. Center grille works fine since it screws into existing plastic center moulding. However, the side grilles only clip in and they keep falling off. Any major vibration and they come loose. Afraid they will damage water coolers if they do come loose at speed.”
