“I ordered an 18 oz bottle and did not receive it. I wrote back and they said we don't have it in this color. So I said send it in another color. They sent it but the lid was faulty. I asked for a new lid and they said not available in that color. I asked for whatever is available and I never received it. Very poor customer service.”
